Just like - in Chicago it was like - this is where the name the "chitlin' circuit" comes - the name comes about, because every weekend it was a chitlin' dinner in Chicago, now where in New Orleans it was a fish fry. Every weekend is a fish fry, usually on Friday. They socialize. They come there and they've got fish - they sold fish sandwiches. You would eat fish and drink. You had the soda. They'd make a little money off of that. Then the next week it's at your house. Then you make a little money off of it. That was the social thing. You had no ballroom you're going to go to do anything. That was the social life of these people at the time.
