Well I had a job then, yeah, I had a steady job. I worked with a saxophone player by the name of Tooty Boyd who has passed on since then, but we used to drive down to Portland for a job and I had some jobs in Seattle on Jackson Street, which was a hot street in Seattle at that time. So I made more outside of the Army than I made in the Army.
