Yeah. It doesn't have to be a rigid attempt. That is what they're hopeful for. So they are establishing what they call a Jazz Music Education Scholarship. They're calling it the Jane Jarvis Jazz Piano Scholarship because it seems that most people understand that the real foundation instrument, tonality instrument, is jazz, or rather is piano. And they felt that in the beginning the more people who were interested in jazz piano that they could also be interested in the education of jazz. That it would be one step forward in that area that I spoke of. Now just, this is really almost a new concept in a way. And so just how far they're going to get with this, it may be that they'll have to alter the ... the goal will always be the same but just how to attain it. At any rate, they have formed this not-for- profit organization and they have determined that they're going to operat it for a period of five years at the least. And by that time they hope to have this scholarship well established and be making an impact.
