Why would they be encouraged man? I mean the Philharmonic in New York, they go to  [inaudible] Baptist Church, it's a major church in New York. They go every Thanksgiving and every Christmas. They play one concert and split. I mean if the kids are aware, and they seem to be, they look at the orchestra man and only one of them looks like them, and the orchestra plays and runs. I mean what kind of encouragement is that? So it's a topic that kind of wears me out, and since I've got to go to work I don't want to spend too much time on it. But enough hasn't been said for the African American musician, and hasn't been for as long as I can tell.
