So there was a lot of tense moments, but there was also, down South, a lot of wonderful people. In Mississippi, they had Duke Ellington and Billy Strayhorn and I and a couple of others come to their house and stay there. They fed us. There were a lot of good people down there. They weren't all crackers. I wanted to mention that, because that was nice to know, that somebody's thinking in the right direction.
