 MEMO TO ARTISTS
 
 In keeping with the Fire Departments regulations governing Public Assemblys, it's essential that all artists ascertain that the materials which will be used in connection with their exhibits be flameproofed.
 
 It's advisable that all artists who are not familiar with the acceptable compound prescribed by the Fire Department, place a call to Lt. Farrell, Tel. No. 566-3443, Ext. 2048.
 
 SPECIAL NOTE: Prior to any performances, all artists must present either personal notarized affadavits attesting to the flameproofing of their materials or bona fide affadavits from the manufacturers with whom they purchase materials. Please send all affadavits to the attention of Alice Schwebke, 69th Regiment Armory, 25th Street and Lexington Avenue, as soon as possible.
