Sam Pinn: The building permit is 300, we’ve had as many as 500 here, depending upon who is here. I’d say comfortably – with no squeeze and room to dance, it’s about 250. It’s about 95% black. We’re in a neighborhood where the demographics have changed. Our promotion has been weak; over the years we’re known as the best kept secret in  Brooklyn… people come here and enjoy themselves and they say ‘how long have you been here’? Well, we’ve been here the last 20 years!
