Willard Jenkins: Things have changed in a number of different ways since  The East. Back then they established the place as purely for African Americans. That apparently wasn't the policy at  Sistas Place. Given the fact that  Sistas Place audiences are not exclusively black, does it still engender the same type of atmosphere?
