A lot of meetings, and what I found out was going over things that the previous group of people had done, and I saw no reason. Why are we going over their work? Let's move forward instead of standing still and keeping repeating the same thing over and over. There was one other person on the board who felt the way I did. We made a little stink about it. Why are we going over the work that the last three years of people had done? Let's take it from there and move on. That was my only fault with all of that. They were just repeating the same thing over and over.
