I do think that the traditional jazz community does need to be more proactive and submit the proposals and learn how to do it. The trick is, as I mentioned at the panel this morning, that the older generation doesn't want to bother with it because they're cutting out the festivals or they're kind of retiring from the scene, so it's going to have to be younger people. And the key is trying to convince the younger people to take that responsibility. And I don't know if that's going to happen.
